Use Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus to add BMW CAS3/CAS3++ semi smart keys with Godiag CAS2 CAS3 Semi Smart Test Platform, both work fine!
Before the operation, connect Key Tool Plus, Godiag CAS2 CAS3 Test Platform, and CAS3/CAS3++ module properly, supply 12v power supply to the test platform as well.
The blank key is not matched with CAS module. So when insert it into the coil of Godiag BMW CAS3 Test Platform to test, the IMMO indicator doesn’t light up.
Go to read key info and program the key.
The operation guide for CAS3, CAS3++ is the same. CAS3++ key is not matched with CAS3++ module after making dealer key, so need to add key separately.

Detailed operation steps:
Tap IMMO programming>> EUROPE>> BMW>> Select from system>> CAS3/CAS3+ Immo system>> Key function>> Start programming>> Generate keys via OBD
Step 1: Read key information
Select add keys method to read key info
Read the CAS type is CAS3/CAS3+
Continue to read the related key info, and save the file
Step 2: Prepare dealer with programmer
Put the new key into the detection coil of KeyTool Plus
Select one unused key position
Confirm it’s not a smart key
After making the key successfully, put the key programmed into the Godiag BMW CAS2 CAS3 Test Platform to test again, the IMMO indicator lights up, which means the key and CAS3 module is synchronized.
Step 3: Add key
For CAS3++, it needs to add key.
Confirm the dealer key is not on ignition switch
Write the dealer key info into CAS system
Finally, read the key info again to check if the key info has already been written to CAS3 module successfully.
