CGDI Prog BMW can work with Godiag CAS1 CAS2 Test Platform to perform all key lost matching or key addition operations for BMW CAS1 and CAS2 mechanical keys, and also can work with Godiag CAS2 CAS3 Test Platform to add new key/all keys lost for BMW CAS2/CAS3 series magnetic semi-intelligent or smart keys.
Need to connect the 12V Power Supply to Godiag Test Platform not matter CAS1, CAS2, or CAS3.
To test if CAS1 mechanical key is synchronized with CAS1 module, connect the White connector to CAS module, press the start switch and you can see the START-STOP indicator light on the CAS lights up. Insert the key into CAS1 module. If the key is synchronized with the CAS1 module, the CAS1 key will be locked. It will automatically exit if the key is not synchronized.
To detect whether CAS2 mechanical key, CAS2/CAS3 series semi-smart key is synchronized with CAS2/CAS3 module, connect both Black and Green connectors to CAS module, press the start switch, put the key on the detection area of Godiag CAS2 Mech-Key Test Platform or Godiag CAS2 CAS3 Semi-smart Test platform, press the analog start/stop button, check if the IMMO synchronization detection indicator light lights up, if yes, that means the key and CAS module is synchronized.
